Free, confidential counselling service for young people who live, work or study in the 'RG' postcode area.

24/7 crisis support. 

Papyrus Prevention of Young Suicide | for under 35s

Helpline support and information for young people or anyone caring for a young person who is experiencing thoughts of suicide. 

SAFE! | for ages 5 - 18 (or 25 for those with additional needs)

Support for young people who have been affected by crime, abuse and/or bullying.

CAMHS | for under 18s

Berkshire's Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service works with young people (or their parents) who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health.
