Old Bath Road, Newbury and Speen

We have developed detailed proposals for footway and other highway improvements on a section of Old Bath Road between the A4 Western Avenue, Goldwell Park and Leys Gardens. Please see the scheme drawing:  Old Bath Road scheme proposals [380KB]

The initial focus will be on restoring and improving footways, including replacing damaged kerbs. A further phase will include consultation on proposed changes to restrictions on the south side of Old Bath Road between its junctions with Speen Lane and Speen Hill Close.
