Before you make a complaint there may be another way we can help. You might want to:
- - make a claim for damage to your property you feel has been caused by the council
- - report a problem that you'd like us to fix here (including grass cutting, potholes, streetlights, high hedges)
- - report a missed bin collection here
- - report anti-social behaviour here (including dog fouling, speeding traffic, noise)
- - check the record of council decisions here
If none of these options are applicable you can start the process to make a complaint below. This will be a Stage One complaint which means that it’s the first step in the process. You can send us a compliment or comment on a council service here.
